This large manufacturing bakery was destroyed by fire and a temporary solution required in a hurry, while the new one was built. De Boer worked 24/7 to erect a new, state of the art, food manufacturing facility. Our remit was to design and install all cabled infrastructure and lighting. This required a temporary 2 MW power supply as the original sub-station had been destroyed too. All primary and secondary electrical distribution to; refrigeration, blenders, mixers, ovens, air-handlers, offices, changing rooms etc 278 final circuit supplies from 250a 415v to 16a 240v. Internal and external lighting was controlled with custom built switchgear, contactor panels and photocells.
